He sees socially responsible investment opportunities as an important part of Oak International Finance.
Rob Meyer
Strategic Planning | Spain
A graduate of Loughborough University, Rob has worked in overseas real estate for almost 20 years. After moving to Spain, Rob set up his own successful real estate company selling properties to British clients on the Costas. In addition, as a representative of a UK based developer, was instrumental in the management of the planning process for a project of 600 villas in the Murcia region.
Julio Andres Iglesias

A Civil Engineering graduate, with an MBA in Construction Management, Julio has experience working for one of the largest home builders in Brazil. He formed his own construction company in 2010, which has constructed several hundred properties within the My House My Life programme, in which he now specialises. A native of Natal, Julio speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Joao Simoes
Sales Manager | Brazil
A Business graduate who has worked as a Real Estate Consultant since 2002, specialising in establishing and managing European companies in Brazil. Joao has extensive experience working with European investors and been involved in the development of numerous projects as Sales Director. He now specialises in the My House My Life programme, and speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Lucas Duarte de Medeiros

As a Senior Partner in law firm Alves Duarte Advogados, Lucas has been specialising in real estate for over 10 years, with his most recent focus being on the My House My Life programme. A member of the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association), Lucas also holds an internationally recognised Masters Degree in both Civil Law and Corporate Law. As a native of Natal, Lucas speaks fluent English and Portuguese.
Juliana Serejo Dantas
Project Manager | Brazil
Juliana graduated in Civil Engineering from UFRN in 2017. During her studies, she worked for Medeiros Group as a trainee where she was responsible for budgets and projects. She joined Oak IF Group as an intern in 2016 and has now progressed to full-time employment, where she is responsible for the legalisation of works, project management and overseeing the construction work.
